1. How can I request a custom art?
To request a custom art, simply visit our website and fill out our request form. We will guide you through a series of questions and visual prompts to capture your preferences, including style, color scheme, and medium. You can also upload any image references you have. To complete your request, a deposit of $25 is required. This deposit will be credited towards your eventual purchase. Please note that this deposit is refundable, i.e., we will fully refund the deposit amount if you decide not to purchase the art we create for you.

2. How much does custom art cost?
Pricing of custom art can be found on our pricing page. We offer free shipping within the US.

3. Is shipping included in the cost?
Yes, shipping is free for orders within the US.

4. Can I request revisions for the art created for me?
Absolutely! After you submit your art request, we will provide you with 3-6 art options. You can request up to 3 revisions of your chosen art before making a purchase.

5. What if I decide not to purchase after revisions?
While we strive to ensure your satisfaction before purchase, if you decide not to proceed after revisions, you are free to do so. Please note that the non-refundable deposit will be forfeited. However, as a gesture of appreciation, we will provide you with one 4K resolution digital art of your choice from the art options created for you.

6. How long does it take to deliver custom art?
After you request your art, we will respond with different options of your art within about 3-5 business days. If you choose to request revisions of the art that you like, that can add up to one week of time to getting the art finalized. Note this timeline is just an estimate and can vary depending on how many of the 3 revisions you use and how prompt you are with responding when we send you communication about your updated art. After you make your purchase, your art should arrive within 2 weeks of the purchase date.

7. Will I own the rights to the custom art?
As a client, you will receive personal usage rights for the custom art you purchase. However, we retain the copyright for marketing and self-promotion purposes. Your art is created exclusively for you and we will never resell it to anyone else.

9. What are the floater frames you offer for the canvas framing and what is the material?
We offer black, white, silver, oak, and gold colored floater frames for the canvas. These floater frames create the illusion that the canvas print floats inside the frame, adding more depth and visual interest to your overall display. Our frames are all made of wood. These frames come installed with hanging hardware.

10. What is the canvas material used and thickness of the canvas?
Canvas material is a thick, archival-grade polycotton-mix canvas that is carefully hand-stretched over kiln-dried pine stretcher bars. Canvas that we frame is 1.5’’ thick.

11. What Printing technique do you use to print on the canvas and the fine art paper?
Printing is done using giclee, eco-solvent inkjet printers, which are color calibrated regularly to ensure the most color-accurate prints. These bright, vivid, and amazing colors will resist fading for over 100 years and help your prints last for generations.

12. What is the frame used for the fine art paper prints and what is the material?
We offer black, white and oak colored frames for framing the fine art paper prints. Frame width is 1.25’’. The frame comes with a dust cover in the back and hanging hardware installed. These frames are made of real wood.

13. What is the fine art paper used for paper prints?
We use a Premium Archival Smooth Matte Fine Art Paper which is acid-free to ensure a longer print life compared to other paper options and bring out the best in any artwork or photo. This paper also provides a high-quality surface for reproducing brilliant colors and details in the image.

14. What is the matboard used for framed fine art paper prints?
We use a white colored matboard which is a 4-ply mat with an attractive bevel at 45 degrees. Mat Size is 1’’ on each side.
